What is the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy?

Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases from Rave to Infinity. Here are the details of our returns and exchanges policy to guide you through the process:

Return Policy

We understand that circumstances might change, and you may need to return an item. Our return policy extends for 15 days from the date of package delivery. Please note that customized products are non returnable, while defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Additionally, made to order and clearance products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in unused condition, still in its original packaging. Due to COVID 19 and sanitary considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for neck gaiters, bandana masks, cloth masks, and anti-germ masks. Opened packages for swimsuits and swimming trunks cannot be returned, except in cases of late shipments or receipt of the wrong item, provided the original packaging remains unopened.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please get in touch with our customer support team and include the Return/Exchange Form. You can conveniently print your return slip from our website.

Refunds

If you wish to return an item, utilize our Returns/Exchanges link to complete the form and specify the reason for your return. Unless the item is damaged or the wrong size, you will be responsible for return postage. In these cases, our customer support will provide a return label at no extra cost or credit you for the return postage.

Once we receive and process your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. After approval, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

For made-to-order items, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests beyond this window will incur a 15% re-stock fee, considering the item may already be in production. Kindly review our item descriptions to identify whether you are purchasing a made-to-order or ready-to-ship product.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges within 15 days, provided the item is in brand-new, unused condition. To request an exchange for the same item, please complete our Returns & Exchanges Form. For size exchanges, specify the desired size. In case of damage or defects, include a brief description and a photo for our customer support to process your return and provide a credit. Damaged items eligible for exchange will be replaced free of charge.

Once you submit your return/exchange request to customer support, expect a response within 1-3 business days. Please note that exchanges incur a reship fee to cover Shipping & Handling charges for your replacement shipment.

  • Refrain from washing alongside articles containing excessive lint or rough fabrics.
  • Opt for air-drying by hanging the apparel, and avoid using a dryer.

How long will my order take to fulfill?

All of our Print products are made to-order. The production process is initiated as soon as the order is confirmed. Typically, production time is 3 business days but can range up to 14 business days. Your tracking information will be shared as soon as your product is ready to ship.
